Terms and conditions (September 2022)
These terms and conditions apply to the relationship between Links Social Wear Sàrl (hereafter Links Social Wear, seller or we / us) as seller and you as customer when orders are placed on the Links Social Wear website (hereafter our website).
Conclusion of a contract
If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, you shall be notified by email. No contract shall be concluded. If you wish us to do so, we will try our best to provide you with an alternative and/or to update you as to the availability status of the items you originally selected.
Prices
The prices and information indicated for an item at the time of order on our website apply to the transaction. All prices on linkssocialwear.com include the Swiss VAT (currently 8.1%) as required by law. For international orders, Swiss VAT will be deducted. It is most likely you will be charged your local VAT upon delivery.
Shipping
Shipping is free to all destinations. Please note we do not refund international shipping costs. Local custom fees usually apply to shipments outside of Switzerland. Such fees are not covered by Links Social Wear.
We ship to most locations worldwide, with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns
We hope that you will be satisfied with your garments. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the product(s) for a full refund (except international shipping costs) or an exchange (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of receipt, for free.
To organize the return, as well as exchange and / or refund, kindly email us at clubhouse@linkssocialwear.com for instructions and / or to make sure we put aside the product that you wish to exchange for.
The goods need to be returned in original condition, which means not being worn or used, other than for trying on the size. The return should include the original packaging and goodies. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as they were shipped to them. In any case, please clearly mark the package as “returned goods” when shipping it back to us.
If you paid using a credit / debit card, the refund will go onto the same card. It may take up to 14 days before the money is credited.
Terms of payment
Payments usually occur via credit card (via Stripe), directly on our website.
However, for domestic orders, we also offer payment in advance via bank transfer. When using such payment method, the usual payment term is 14 days. If we have not received the payment within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and release the goods again for sale.

Pre-order
Links Social Wear regularly offers pre-orders. This allows us to produce more accurate quantities, avoid unnecessary waste and optimize production. As a consequence, we may offer garments at a reduced pricing.
Pictures for such pre-orders are based on prototypes and factory samples, both when it comes to color and style. Although the final garments will be very close to what you can see on our website, they may differ slightly (optimization, color adjustments, etc.).
Our return policy also applies to pre-ordered items.
Care
We highly recommend to follow the care instructions on each garment label, in particular when it comes to temperature of wash and laying certain garments flat to dry. This will ensure you may use your garment to its fullest, when it comes both to style and durability. We do not assume any liability for faulty care on the part of the customer.
Data protection
Links is committed to process your customer data with diligence and meet the requirements of the relevant data protection legislation. Kindly refer to our privacy policy to get a full picture of how we handle your data.
Marketing
Provided you opted in during checkout, subscribed to our newsletter or got in touch with us through the dedicated form, we may send you marketing emails. You may of course opt out at any time and/or send us feedback at clubhouse@linkssocialwear.com.
Amendments to the terms and conditions
Links reserves the right to change the present terms and conditions at any time and without notice (in particular for the sake of our dear customers’ inboxes). The version available online at the time the order is placed applies to such order.
Applicable right / place of jurisdiction
The relationship between you and Links is subject to Swiss law. Safe where provided differently under compulsory consumer regulations, the place of jurisdiction shall be beautiful and peaceful Lausanne, Switzerland.
