Sizing

How do I know which fit and size are the right ones for me?

To determine your size, check the measurement grid provided on each product page. A good idea is to compare the garment measurements to the ones of a garment you already own.

If you are between two sizes, we suggest you pick the bigger size - or check the other fit.

Returns

Can an order be exchanged or refunded?

We hope that you will be satisfied with our garments. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the product for a full refund (except initial shipping costs) or an exchange (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of receipt, for free.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free to all destinations. Please note we do not refund international shipping costs. Local custom fees usually apply to shipments outside of Switzerland. Such fees are not covered by Links Social Wear. Such fees are not covered by Links Social Wear.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most locations worldwide, with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

How can I track my shipment?

Payment

When will I be charged for my order?

If you pay by credit card, the total amount will be booked on your account immediately when the order is placed. You will receive a receipt per email.

Do I have to pay (international) taxes and duties?

The prices and information indicated for an item at the time of order on our website apply to the transaction. All prices on linkssocialwear.com include the Swiss VAT (currently 7.7%). For international orders, Swiss VAT will be deducted. It is most likely you will be charged your local VAT and other applicable local charges upon delivery.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we can, to ensure a swift delivery. So there is unfortunately a very limited timetrame during which you can amend or cancel your order. If you would like to change your order, please get in touch with us at clubhouse@linkssocialwear.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

If your order has already been dispatched before you cancel or change it, please return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. In case you have not received this email a couple of days after placing an order, please contact us at clubhouse@linkssocialwear.com.

I did not receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered during checkout. If you did not get it, please make sure you have typed in the correct email address and double check your spam folder. In case it is still missing, please contact us at clubhouse@linkssocialwear.com.
